Tim Hudak targets students, seniors, teachers for budget cuts

Issue Overview and Course Connection
This article brings up the abuse of government power, it shows how Tim Hudak has a personal vendetta against the teachers union, and now is using his power to get back at them for something that was done to him in the past. This is exactly what abuse of government power is, and it seems very much like what is going on in the developing countries around the world, more specifically Africa and the countries in the Middle east that are seeing a major revolt in the way their government works. But the problem is that the people they elect to represent change in their country have been blatantly attacking the groups that were associated with the group that was in charge before. This while not exactly what is going on in Ontario's election is a representation of what can be done if Hudak is allowed to attack who he thought were against him before.
Key Stakeholders
There are various stakeholders for this issue, the first and very prominent one would be everyone in the teachers union, if Hudak gets one vote from any teachers my jaw will drop to the floor. He specifically targets all teachers in his interviews saying that he will raise the number of students in classrooms and decrease the number of teachers in schools. "I work in the education system but I am not a teacher. By "pink slipping" educational assistants, who will look after the special education students? Parents of these children are very thankful for the job that these people do. For example not only assisting with the education of their children but with the social skills and personal care as well. Where will these children be educated? I would love to see Hudak try to do their job." educator2014 (source). This plan to cut 100,000 jobs from Ontario is very prominent in his One Million Jobs Plan (link) and will apparently help create even more jobs in the province.
Then there is the Conservative Party of Ontario, they are the people who are supposed to be backing Tim Hudak's plan to cut 100,000 public worker jobs. I am sure that at least some of the people working under Hudak know people or are directly affected by his plan to jobs. They may know more about this plan than the rest of up, but the idea of loosing 100,000 workers is a shocking one. This leads to the negative where the potential voters they had in the public working sector have almost entirely vanished. i doubt a single teacher will vote for them. This is a huge problem for the Party considering its their job to gain voters not remove them.

Contributing Factors / Implications
The factors that are contributing to this is the history of Tim Hudak, he has a personal vendetta against the teachers union, for whatever reason. Now he is using his power to get back at them. This has huge repercussions for Canadian voters, because they have to stand in the potential wake of what is a personal attack on teachers. This could then lead to a decline in support for the Conservative Party within Ontario, which is not good and leads over to a National scale. All of these are just could be speculation though.
Bias
This article seems more like an attack on Hudak rather than an informative paper on his policies. It only highlights what he says about the layoffs and how he is planning to cut 100,00 jobs from public workers. There is only one line that brings up any hint of something good with his job creation plan is that
